Trademark Tours was founded in 2006 by Dan Bodt while he was a student at Harvard. In 2021, the company was acquired by Harvard Student Agencies, the largest student-run corporation in the world. Today, Trademark Tours is the leading tour operator serving Harvard and MIT.

Since becoming an HSA agency in 2021, Trademark Tours has been run by students with its profits directed toward student wages and financial aid. For two decades, Trademark Tours has become a staple of the community, providing thousands of jobs to students.
