Since graduating from Harvard in 2007 Daniel has pursued a career as a travel entrepreneur in Cambridge, Boston & New York. Daniel was inspired to create Trademark Tours after the success of “The Hahvahd Tour” in 2006. His passions include playing the piano, community development, yoga, reading, & improving his golf game.
Director of Operations
Monica has been working for Trademark Tours since May 2012 when she was hired to be a Freedom Trail tour guide. Since then, she has graduated from Boston College (Class of 2014) and taken on the role of Operations Director. Her favorite parts of the job are getting to know the new tour guides and watching events run without a hitch! In her spare time, she likes to participate in musical theater and eat giant burritos in one sitting.
Carroll Ann has graduate degrees from Princeton Seminary & the University of Virginia. She has four children ages 12-22. She homeschools and travels the world with her husband and kids, spending several months a year in India to study Ashtanga Yoga. She is a yoga teacher in Charlottesville, VA and loves vegetarian cooking & reading post-colonial historical fiction.
Chief of Staff
Melisa joined Trademark Tours as Chief of Staff to focus on employee performance, satisfaction, and processes. Prior to joining Trademark she worked in the healthcare field for 6 years primarily in project management roles, most recently at Boston Children’s Hospital. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and Jack Russell Terrier (Taz), hiking and spending time outdoors, cooking, trying new recipes, and traveling.
Amber attended Northeastern University for grad school, and received her Communication degree in 2015. Previously, she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Heilongjiang University in China in 2013. Amber started full time with Trademark Tours in 2015 and in 2016, Trademark Tours sponsored her for her H1B visa. She enjoys all outdoor activities: jogging, hiking, biking etc, and is very proud of being a Spartan Race finisher!!! Food and traveling are her biggest passion. Working with Trademark Tours provides a platform to share this passion with people from all over the world.
Back in 2010 Adam helped to grow the small business known then as “Unofficial Tours” doing marketing, giving tours, and eventually overseeing The Hahvahd Tour operations. After moving to New York City for several years and working as a Senior Interpretive Guide at the National 9/11 Memorial & Museum, he returned to Cambridge to take up his current role at Trademark.
Chris began his career in tourism with Trademark Tours while still at Boston College. After graduating in 2016, he made it his full-time job to provide people with an incredible Boston tour experience! When he’s not answering all of your questions over the phone, you can find him relaxing to music or practicing his tennis serve!
