Trademark an Early Adopter of Equal Pay

Trademark an Early Adopter of Equal Pay

Last year Mayor of Cambridge Denise Simmons met with the Committee of Women’s Equal Pay to make forward strides in addressing the gender wage gap within the city. One of the first initiatives to come out of that meeting is now underway. “The Early Adopters Initiative” highlights local employers that already engage in equitable pay practices or those are ready to start taking steps toward identifying wage disparities in their own businesses with the intent to remedy them.

Last Thursday Trademark Tours was recognized as one of these Early Adopters at a press conference with the Mayor’s office. Above see founder Daniel Andrew pictured with Mayor Simmons and other Early Adopters. Photo by Bill Manley.
